Shell-cast aluminium parts for the design sector
Our original activity as a producer of hardware components differentiates us from other foundries through our tradition of special attention to the surface appearance and the mastery of many surface appearance finishing treatments (polished, brushed, anodised, coloured, etc).
DRADIN is one of the rare foundries to cast anodisable alloys. They are suitable for these applications, such as AG3T, which gives the best resistance to corrosion and which enables decorative anodisation, contrary to AS2GT, which is sometimes chosen because it is easier but with a greyish finished appearance.
Dialogue with the customer is an important element in the result. A good knowledge of the requirements enables us to help the customer to define the most suitable part in order to obtain the maximum proportion cast directly, with the quality where it is required.
Our organisation according to the IS0 9000 standard, our working procedures, our involvement with the desire to find constructive solutions, but also the traceability per batch, helped by our computerised processes (ERP/CRM software) are the ingredients of our complete service.
